Cleanse Basics

Our cleanse programs help you to reboot your system. Each package consists of six nutrientrious beverages to be consumed each day. We recommend a program consisting of at least three days to maximize your results. However, if you are new to juicing we recommend beginning with a single day cleanse. Juice cleanses are designed to temporarily replace solid foods in your diet. During the cleanse, you should avoid alcohol, caffeine and energy drinks. These beverages can reduce the effectiveness of your cleanse.

Before Cleanse

Preparing your body is important to get the most out of your cleanse. Starting the week before, keep your diet clean and eat whole foods. Try to avoid processed and pre-packaged foods which are often full of refined starches and sugar. Also avoid meat and dairy. When it comes to beverages avoid alcohol, caffeinated beverages, and energy drinks. Instead opt for a diet of raw fruits and vegetables, whole grains like brown rice or quinoa, nuts and seeds, and beans. Drink plenty of water, we recommend 8 to 10 glasses a day.

During Cleanse

Continue to stay hydrated during your cleanse and drink 8 to 10 glasses a day. Take it easy on your body and make sure to get plenty of sleep. If you like to exercise keep it light, short walks, yoga and stretching. While our juice cleanse is meant to replace solid food, that is not an option for everyone. If you must eat solid foods, we recommend eating organic raw fruits and vegetables, soup, or nuts.

After Cleanse

Ending your cleanse can be difficult, we recommend easing back into a healthy diet. The first day or two after your cleanse, eat small meals. Healthy meals that will be easier for your body to process include smoothies, salads, nuts and seeds. In a couple days it will be safe to add grains and proteins back into your diet. And of course, don’t foget to stay hydrated.
